Everyday solutions

Tailored support for leaders and professionals appointed to be responsible for sustainability and ESG. We act as your partner along the way — sometimes giving momentum, sometimes providing external expertise, benchmarking ideas, a helping hand, or a critical eye — always based on your needs. Let’s plan the year together and become that quasi “internal support” you receive from the outside. For the appointed ESG lead, we provide “on-the-job training,” professional mentoring, coaching, and team membership all in one.

  • Executive ESG sponsor mentoring
  • ESG/Sustainability manager mentoring
  • ESG/Sustainability committee or working group mentoring and facilitation
  • Independent / External Representation of Sustainability or Stakeholder views in Committees or Decision making bodies

Management teams rarely have weeks or months to absorb sustainability and ESG knowledge, understand the challenges, and learn about possible solutions. Our half-day (4-hour) Executive Alignment Workshop condenses 20 years of expertise and experience, tailored to your company’s activities, size, and culture. It identifies the most important actions, maps out strengths, and highlights opportunities — honestly, without taboos. If needed, we can add gamified exercises and turn it into a full-day program.

We benchmark results against competitors or customer expectations, identifying urgent tasks, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

Resilient, adaptive, sustainable, and responsible organizations are operated by healthy, effective, and impactful teams. Whether it is a leadership team, a functional area, or a project team — if there is a common goal and there is a need for every member of the team, it is already worth dealing with the cooperation. With the help of a transformative team coaching process, we support and strengthen the team’s long-term abilities and skills, so that it will be capable of solving arising challenges from its own resources. Through bringing to the surface and making conscious the unconscious values, norms, and modes of operation, the team becomes capable of renewal and redefinition for the purpose of developing its performance capacity.

We are convinced that for the building of sustainable, inclusive, fair, and ecologically conscious communities and societies, the development of individual self-awareness is indispensable. Reflection on ourselves, increasing awareness, and facing things without taboos can help in recognizing and dismantling those beliefs, blockers, and resistances that hinder both sustainability and well-being. Among others, with the following services we can support employee well-being programs either individually or even within the framework of formal Employee Assistance Programs, possibly with the involvement of our external partners:

  • “Mirror, Mirror” Self-Awareness Webinar, Workshop
  • Personal Brand Workshop
  • Psychosocial Survey (with subcontractor)
  • Resource Mapping
  • Coping Strategies
  • Change Management Lecture, Workshop

The #IamRemarkable global movement, whose goal is that everyone may worthily celebrate their individual successes. Volunteer trainers hold 90–105 minute workshops about self-promotion, either in person or online, in different languages. The aim of the program is that participants get to know the importance of self-marketing in personal and professional life, and also receive tools for the development of this skill. Since for disadvantaged people, individuals coming from socially sensitive groups, this is even more difficult, the movement at the same time also serves the building of inclusive workplaces, equal opportunity, and inclusive societies and communities. Mandy Fertetics is an official #IamRemarkable trainer.
