#IAmRemarkable
Workshop
Celebrate your achievements. Help others become visible, too.
#IAmRemarkable is a global movement and a 90–105-minute workshop designed to help people speak more confidently about their accomplishments, recognize the societal and internal barriers that hinder self-advocacy, and contribute to building more supportive and inclusive workplace and community cultures.
The program is open to everyone, and can be particularly empowering for individuals who may find it more difficult to say, “I am remarkable too” due to being members of underrepresented groups, women, early-career professionals, people from minority backgrounds, people with disabilities, or simply those who have more reserved self-promotion patterns.
According to Rmrkblty data from March 2026, #IAmRemarkable has reached more than 800,000 participants, 1,300+ organizations, and 120 countries worldwide. The initiative aims to transform the way people think about self-promotion and create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can articulate and celebrate their achievements.
During the workshop, participants work together to:
The workshop is not about self-aggrandizement. Rather, it focuses on learning how to recognize and articulate our own value—and how to acknowledge and celebrate the value of others.
The workshop consists of three main parts: discussion of research related to self-promotion and bias, practical exercises focused on identifying and articulating personal achievements, and group reflection and take-away exercises participants can continue using afterward.
Many people struggle to talk about their accomplishments. This may be due to impostor syndrome, upbringing, cultural norms, workplace hierarchies, societal expectations, gender roles, experiences related to disability or minority status, or simply the fear of appearing “too much.”
The #IAmRemarkable workshop helps make these patterns visible and demonstrates that talking about our achievements is not selfish – it is an important part of professional identity, equal opportunity, and inclusive culture.
According to impact measurement data, after participating in the workshop: 82% of participants report increased confidence, 89% become more proactive in self-promotion, 49% experience tangible professional or career development outcomes that they associate with the program.
This workshop is especially recommended for anyone who:

According to Rmrkblty’s organizational materials, the program can strengthen diversity, belonging, team cohesion, and the overall quality of workplace communication.
The workshop is facilitated by Fertetics Mandy, Managing Director of Alternate and a certified #IAmRemarkable facilitator.
Mandy works with companies, universities, and professional communities on sustainability, ESG, DEI, and organizational development topics. She adapts each workshop to the participant group, organizational context, and preferred language.
While the program follows the standard #IAmRemarkable methodology, the discussions, examples, and reflection points are tailored to the specific audience.
The goal is to create a safe, supportive, and authentic space where participants not only reflect on self-advocacy but actively practice it.
